5 tips how to shape up in January

The festive season is over, leaving even the best of us tired and sluggish. Discover our five top tips to shape up in January and start off this year wonderfully.

Tip One: Detox

You can use apple cider vinegar for detoxing your body. Thanks to his cleansing power and his significant amount of enzymes, vitamins and minerals, the apple cider vinegar will make you feel and look better.

Recipe:

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

Tip Two: Eat healthy

In order to refuel your energy, it is mandatory to eat healthy. Here are some key rules:

-Eat at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables

-Avoid eating processed food and prioritize homemade food

- Privilege wholegrain cereals (quinoa, oatmeal…)

-Eat fish at least twice a week
